Shipping and delivery

All orders at ecurisuperlash.nl are FREE. We do not charge shipping costs in the Netherlands, even for the smallest orders. You will receive your order in a standard letterbox package or in a cardboard box. If a shipment does not fit through the letterbox or represents a high value, it will be sent via the PostNL parcel service. In both cases you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. With this tracking code you can track your order via PostNL.

If you complete your order before 23:59, we will ensure that your package is shipped the same day. PostNL takes care of the delivery and will in almost all cases deliver your order the next day.

If you have not received the order on the next delivery day, it may have been delayed by PostNL. Please contact our customer service if you have not received the shipment after 2-3 working days.
