1. Confirmation Email:

Have you completed your order? You can expect a confirmation email within an hour. Haven't seen it in your inbox yet? Do not panic! Take a look at your spam folder, sometimes our messages slip there secretly.

If you still can't find the confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact us.

2. Shipping

Do you order before 16:00 on Sunday to Monday? Then your order will be shipped the same day.

4.1 Are there shipping costs?

With an order from €20, your order will be shipped to you free of charge. And if you are just under that amount, we only charge an amount of € 3.95 for the shipping costs. All prices you see on our website include VAT.

4.2 What are the average delivery times?

The Netherlands: delivered the next day

Belgium: within two days

Germany: within 3 days

France: within 3 days

Rest of EU/: within 4 days

  • No packages will be delivered on public holidays. The package will be delivered the next working day.
  • Please take into account any delay of delivery services.

4.3 Can I have it delivered to a collection point?

You can also have your package delivered to a collection point. This way you don't have to stay at home to wait for a package and you can pick up the package when it suits you best. This can be done at one of the many pick-up points in your area. Your package will remain available for one week at the selected collection point.

4.4 My package is delayed!

Delivery services are on time in 95% of cases. If your package is delayed due to circumstances, we will do everything we can to deliver your package as soon as possible.

4.5 I was not at home at the time of delivery, what now?

Are you not at home at the time of delivery? Then the package can be delivered to the neighbors or a delivery attempt will be made the next day.


With your order we use the reliable services of POSTNL, DHL and Trunkrs. Which delivery option you get depends on where you are.

Each order comes with its own track and trace code. This handy code flutters into your inbox and you can also find it on your order page. Do you have an Ecuri Beauty account? Fantastic! Here you can not only view your orders, but also your personal track and trace codes. This way you always keep an overview.

3.1 When will I receive my track and trace code?

As soon as your package has been sent, you will receive your track and trace code by email. It will also be added to your order page and in your account.

3.2 Where can I find the order page?

You can easily find this in your confirmation email.
