1. place your chosen products in your shopping cart. You will find the icon at the top right of your screen.

2. Follow the ordering steps on the checkout page.

3. Enter your name, address and contact details. We only use this for your order.

1.1 How do I choose a different delivery address than the billing address?

Would you like to send your order to a different address? For example with a present for someone else? Then choose the option 'New delivery address' under the heading 'Delivery address'. A new form will then open.

1.2 The product I want to order is sold out. What now?

Due to popularity, our products can sometimes sell out faster than you are used to from us. Fortunately, our online stock is regularly replenished. Under the buy button is the expected delivery date, you can then simply order but receive the product later. We will keep you informed by e-mail.

1.3 Can I order from abroad?

Yes, we currently deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and the United Kingdom.
